Everything was good, all staff friendly and professional. My child felt relaxed and was treated with kindness. I was informed about the procedure. The only thing that needs improving is the car parking.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the frustration and inconvenience caused when parking places are full but in many cases we are unable to increase the amount of parking. However we will now provide details of parking and maps with appointment letters and ask patients to leave a little extra time to park. Where a patient has specific needs we are always happy to discuss these beforehand.

I felt that the room he was taken into to be put to sleep was too scary, it was just a theatre room, which was scary for me let alone a 6 year old that has had no experience with hospitals before.
The staff were very good with him from start to finish but I also felt he was discharged way too early. I didn't want to be in the hospital all day but from parking the car in the morning to getting back in the car after the procedure was about an hour.
I expected him to be kept in to be watched for just a little bit.
